The floorplan of my manufactured home is what first attracted us. It’s all open and very modern in that sense. It is a great party house with plenty of room and even has a fireplace.

Mingling with people your own age on a daily basis does wonders for your mental stability. Whether you are an avid reader, a card player, a pool shooter, like to workout, a crafter, enjoy playing games, like to swim, etc. there is always something to do or group of people to mingle with.

I love my floor plan. It flows so beautifully. The living and dining rooms give an open feeling, and the morning room is one of our favorite places in the house. The laundry room is near the bedrooms, and I love that, too, because I don’t have to walk all the way to the other end of the house. I adore my kitchen pantry plus I’m so happy we decided to add the fireplace. We have enjoyed it so much! The builder was incredibly accommodating in customizing our house and was very helpful in guiding us along the way to making this our true dream home.
